nothing to big i mean
find a item that makes enchantments better
then dis enchant that
get another armor set enchant the whole set with that
make another get enchant it with that well wearing the enchant increasing armor
then put the one you just enchanted on and sell the lesser one
make another set of armor enchant that with the better enchanted armor
sell the 2nd set of armor
take the 3rd set and enchhant a 4th set of armor with that same one

repeat repeat lol

you can duplicate it by using a firestorm scroll or spell at the altar right before
you pick it up and finish the quest

yeah, except there are no weapon or armor with bonus to enchanting
