Hello guys, i used to be TES fan until oblivion released. Very long time ago when i played Arena i was shocked. It was such a good game. TES was going better and better every new sequel. Arena, daggerfall, redguard they were awesome! You had to use your brain and imagination to achive something in game. You couldnt be brainless 12 years old teenager to finish this game. You had to think about every your decision. Later came Morrowind. It was pretty nice but game changed the magic mood. It was simplier but still funny. I still remember so many things from this part. When oblivion released i was dissapointed. The game became even more simplier and boring. They only worked on graphic, nothing more. A few months ago Skyrim has been released. I finished it in 60h, 100%! It was a fuking waste of time. I played on highest difficult lvl and it was funny at start. I didnt use any skill point until 40lvl. I wanted to test every game style before i spend skill points. It was a little funny then but when i used my skill points it was pathetic. I upgraded my weapon and i killed dragon on 1 hit. WTF?! The most powerful mob in the game died on 1 hit? Even in damn diablo 2 when you had most powerful char you coulnt kill baal on hell by 1hit -.- In skyrim you dont have to use your brain. Just spam LMB (left mouse button). This game is now only for casuals. I just wasted 60h of my life and 30$ at the day of release.

If you want to feel true TES mood then go and play daggerfall. There is no better RPG on this planet.

im not sure how you managed to one hit anything on master, unless you used the stupid enchanting, smithing, alchemy twinking. i dont really think it is possible to one hit anything unless you do that. i know from experience that master is challenging without the above mentioned skills. my advice: get tha game and play it, dont base your veiws on others posts and whatnot
and morrowind > all TES

IDk if you still have a want to play or do. But you can download Arena and Daggerfall from TES website 100% free !

You can only 1 hit kill in master if you twinked your char with Smithing, enchant and alchemy. I'm pretty sure you can't even 1 hit kill with that twinking, you'd have to get your sneak to 100 and probably do the Alchemy Potion Exploit.

i use the smith/chant/alchemy shit, and master ancient dragons still take atleast 10 hits with a 640 deadric axe with 54 fire 34 sorb and maxed one handed ofcourse

have you tried using marked for death, let it run a few seconds, then do a sprinting power attack? the auto-crit and power attack are multiplicative with each other. This way, you don't even need a 2hand potion or poison to 1shot him. and the way marked for death works, it removes armor every second, and once it's done, that armor is still removed until end of fight, so you're gonna hurt him even more.

I will always love the memories i have of the many years i played daggerfall. But after not having played it since after oblivion was released, i tried comming back to it, and it's all i can do to just move around where i want to with the weird control scheme :( Unfortunately, however i wish i could come back, i can't come back in time to when i could actually navigate in daggerfall as easily as walking in real life :(
