ya but what a lot of game companys hope for in mmos is for the players to create there own lore, history, roles or anything like that.

so its more like the players storys as opposed to what some npc is tellin ya

anyone who has ever tried to seriously play a f2p mmo and then played a monthly subscription mmo (yeah yeah WoW but there's a reason it has had more staying power than any game in history) realizes 15/month is totally worth it.

i have no problem with p2p or b2p.

but f2p is shit, there is no game that makes f2p appealing to me, mmorpg that is.

Paid 15/m for Classic WoW - worth
Paid 15/m for Eq2 when it first started - Worth
Paying 15/m is not bad at all. The F2P model i feel does not work well with true MMO's.

Paid my 15/m 50 cents a day to help the hungry children - Scammed.
