Imperial city prisons main focus is molag bal, he has been broken for how many months now? Unacceptable.
They are removing vet levels so that shouldn't be an issue anymore. Some of the patch notes for this year are very promising and since I've been playing I haven't been disappointed by the updates. More content then you see in some expansions lol.
But if a game still has ques, then it's not dying. Thats just how I view it ^^
