ive never played a redgaurd and ive never played the argonian let alone the the orc i was going to make an orc for skyrim but my disc broke i put it in my computer and smash idk what happened all my other discs work fine ..

I wouldn't recommend playing as a Redguard. They seem to struggle a bit, but that might just be me!

redgaurds are good 1 handed fighters imo

morrowind I liked to do redguard for fighting and high elf for magick user
oblivion was about the same idea

skyrim every race has no put over the other stand out features so every race is just as good as every race

it's just you, none of the classes had any negative effects (like in morrowind or oblivion) so they were all equally as good (tho some classes had a bit better positive effects)

I think it must be my items and level because I get owned pretty easily. I'm Level 12 doing the Elder Knowledge quest.

shouldnt enemy levels scale with your lvl?
