It depends on game I guess,
Morrowind - Breton are beastly, and I liked redguard too,
Skyrim- My main was a Breton, but Orc is honestly the best by far, although I had an Imperial sneaker/back stabbed and the racial ability worked awesome for it.

- surprised argon Ian's are least voted, was thinking that lizard aesthetic would win bonus points lol
