From my understanding 1:100 would be 1fg : 100g meaning that 15000g = 150fg...

Sorry, but your maths is wrong...

1000 gold to 100fg is not 1:100...

divide both sides by 100, you get 1:10...

The ratio of 1000:100 is 1:10, not 1:100...

For 15000g I'd give you 150fg (which is 1:100 ratio)
