Light armor dragonknight.
It's a stupid system right now.

Nightblades are ridiculously underpowered in everything but 1v1 PvP, where you go melee.

If you're going bow you go Sorc

What would be the best PVE/Quester race/class? I really want to use a bow mainly, I really like them. Nightblade was fun PVE as a woodelf, would like your opinion though. I figured Nightblade was really good because it has stealth which can hide you when questing in Cyrodil?

For fast leveling in pve and hard hits in pvp bow mages are #1 they are a bit over powered in closed testing and beta weekends so there might be a nerf before release. my self I will be playing a full healing Templar on release to make sure that my small guild has a healer from the start

I tried des staff mage, was slow leveling. Is bow that much of a difference?

in a short break down the bow offers snares that let you get more of spells out with out taking hits at rank 20 bow you can snare 4 targets if they are all in front of you giving you time to cast those combo hits that just smash your targets. if you got into pvp you might have seen mages on the keep walls that can 2 hit any target 1st they snare or slow you not using any mana then unload 2 of there long range hard hitters and waste you in 2 hits. 1 hit if you a level 10 just getting into pvp. this works almost the same in pve being able to snare your target with out being really close to them makes it super easy mode if you manage your stam and mana right you can keep pulling mobs and burn threw missions fast the only problem is the mini boss's in the single player missions but if you know your build even they don't put up much of a fight. I ran with a bow mage in pvp they melted most of there targets in zerg fights they stood no chance but really when your 2-3 players vs 10-50 players who does stand a chance lol. I played a dragon knight in beta I used x2 maces and a bow and I felt like I could kick some ass but a bow mage could melt me if they had any range on me at all. but I was still able to hold a top 20 rank in pvp. and remember at level 15 you can swap between a staff and bow with in 1 sec witch lets you hit them with the full power of your mage and still pull off the bow snares and slows. the bow mage gets really strong around level 20-25 once you have unlocked the skills you need to pull off this build but 1- 20 is just as slow as any other class. but most of the testers from the PTS will agree if you want to level fast go bow mage. the easy kills in pvp is just a added bonus.

and I read above that pvp is not balanced that is so not true I have over 100 hours logged in ESO pvp its the most balanced pvp I have played in years im not going to say its 100% balanced. but what game is. there will be nerfs and buff to come in updates and more skills added with the release of the 2 guilds that are not in the current build. we can only wait and see how the balance plays out when everyone is level 50 and all the skills have been updated.

for this final beta weekend they used a build that the PTS was using 2 weeks ago there has been changes and updates to that build that where not seen in the beta test weekend.

and I will point out to the haters of this game the content past level 15 is way better then what is shown in the starter zones.

Also if Anyone Is looking for a guild that's focus is progression in PVE and PVP my guild is recruiting. we really need tanks that are planning to play a lot. If this sounds like something you want to be apart of send me a pm and I will get back to you with more info about the guild.

happy saint patrick's day sorry for any typing errors beer can make that happen lol.

I've been able to solo pretty much the entire game with bow sorc, without much trouble.
You get double summons with another on your ult and then you just unload with heavy damage on the other abilities.
