Answer 1: I've got Smartdoctor + MSI Afterburner which one should i uninstall now?
Answer 2: I've bought skyrim yesterday @ steam and installed it from steam means everything is new?
Answer 3: I've installed SKSE with gophers tutorial and yes i always launch Skyrim through SKSE Launcher.

Try to set the antialiasing to "Aus - beste leistung". Antialiasing destroys performance.

Uninstall Smartdoctor, and keep MSI afterburner.
