And you did not answer my question of whether you have the latest Skyrim patch installed? Remember to uninstall and remove the 4gb patch if is.
How did you install SKSE, and do you always load through the SKSE launcher?
Will you please upload a screenshot of the graphics settings from the Skyrim launcher?
And please download the latest NVIDIA drivers, they are much better than 306.97.

Answer 2: I've bought skyrim yesterday @ steam and installed it from steam means everything is new?
Answer 3: I've installed SKSE with gophers tutorial and yes i always launch Skyrim through SKSE Launcher.
