ive done at least one of every type and i don't really have a favorite. dual wielding spells, dual weapons, ranger, battle mage, 2handed sword, warhammer. its all good

of course you can do it if you love this kind of playstyle, i started a melee orc and got bored after lvl 28 ...

i didnt say i play like that, just sayin' that this play style will get you far. obv it wont be enjoyable, but heck, this is skyrim ^^

Got bored of killing everything. Started over as a mage with no damage spells so I have to rely on follower to kill for me or running away.

i like to sneak in a forsworn camp with my assassin and use fury until only one is left

My favorite combo was probably destruction magic, i got the illusion perk to make your spells not make sounds, that combined with sneaking, was a ton of fun assassinating all the guards in the city :evil:
