well there's like what 7 complitely different regions and citizens of those regions all speak same way, which aint logical either. let's compare it to Great Britain, there's England, Scotland, Wales and Nortern Ireland. They all speak english, but yet, differently, so why dont Riftens and Markarthns speak differently? It's a game so everything dont have to be logical IMO

there's limits to how logical you can make it. It's already impressive that every race has 3-4 different voice actors, don't go nit picking lol however, making the one dragon who speaks once every millenia or so mix up between dragon and human all the time was an endearing touch imho
