I still got until November the 7th with my subscription then I think I will close It down.
Ive done it all, got all the sets, Beat all the dungeons, Completed both trials, Have full sets from both. Got my own guild ,a store ,a 500 space bank full of everything, Can craft all glyphs, potions, and most foods. Got stacks of purple V5 foods and almost a full stack of Kuta's Have several stacks of Alchemy Reagents. . I Got 300k Gold sitting in bank.
The Severe Decline of the playerbase is very obvious. Most of the maps are ghostowns. After people beat the first set of alliance maps they go straight to craglorn and flood the chat with LFG. LF Grind Group. LF Shadow Grind. LF Tower Grind. The Shit is so fucking stupid. They want to mindlessly grind a zone for xp. No one plays group dungeons anymore. It would take you all day to get a 4 man team to do a Waywrest sewar dungeon and it would probably be noobs that have never even done the dungeon before so you wouldn't even get to complete it.
Now let me bitch about the PvP. I have a V12 Dk and A v10 Nb. I love both my characters. When you go to cyrodli about 85% of the players are Dk's. Its all cookie cutter (pyro) zerg duels. Its retarded. Boring. I use the zone to make more Gold. I sell my wares. The pvp is not fun for me. Its stupid.
I am so fucking bored of this game. When I turn it on, I open my mail, get my shit and dump it in the bank. Here lately I haven't even logged on to do that. It just seems like a chore. And after I load into a game, I just don't know what the fuck to do. Im tired of it already. Its boring for me now and the playerbase is on decline.
They have to fix some serious shit for this game to succeed. I don't think the people that are making this game give a shit anymore. They continually try to force out new content and its always bugged the fuck up. I had to go 2 weeks of shit performance with there last patch so they could "Improve the visuals and lighting effects".. Me and about 90% of the other subscribers had a very bad time with that. They didn't even offer compensation for that shit.
They are dumbing the game down too. I guess that's just the way it goes when you play a game that is going to be on a console. Fuck it. This is the last big game I think I will ever buy again.
1 of 2 things has happened and I cant figure it out.
1. Ive outgrown video games and they no longer interest me.
2. These game companies, corperations, big name's, CEO's, Lead game designers, Etc Etc Etc Don't know how to make a Goddamn game worth a flying fuck anymore, cater to fucking casuals, and are just in it for the quick cash fix. Fuck the gamers.
I think Number 2 is what is going on here. I wont be Looking forward to any more game titles of new games ever again AND I WILL NEVER EVEN CONSIDER OWNING A CONSOLE. And if I ever have children, THEY WILL NEVER BE ALLOWED TO PLAY A CONSOLE. CONSOLES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN MY HOUSE! Blizzard Entertainment made games are also BANNED FROM MY HOUSE! No more money from me for these shitty people. Fuck them.
