There are not enough button's on a console controller to make the game fluid and play like PC. I just can't see how the console version will be pulled off. It's going to be menu dominant I guess. I use so many different keys to play the PC version.

Which is funny because the pc side of things was limited so much so they could make it work on the console.

I think "garbage" is too strong of a word, but I understand what you're getting at, and I think that's why they're delaying it.

There are some major balance issues, and there are plenty of bugs that haven't been seen to yet. PC audiences are much more used to this sort of thing (and thereby more tolerant) than console gamers are. Couple that with the fact that subscription based games typically struggle on a console anyway; not many XB1/PS4 users are going to shell out a monthly fee for a buggy game.
