Pretty much all casting right? Hardly any actual attacking going on besides if you're out of resources, and by that time you're usually dead, no?

Also, is Snipe good due to massive range, or is it kinda meh considering the long cast time?

Don't use weapon skills in PvP.
Stamina is too valuable.

Even stuff like shield charge or poison arrow?

I wouldn't use a bow period
And every class has a gap closer already.

why no bow? Don't they have the best range?

Everyone has 28 range...
And your damage is so low I can just heal over it.
