I think he means aoe grinding in groups, I think its around an hour a level to be fair, and the dungeons in cyrodill are quiete common for it.

I am currently leveling every 30-45 mins, and its been that way ever since level 6

Yeh i am currently solo grinding and with my exp counter i get a lvl every 34 ish minutes and thats SOLO grinding. Grinding is the fastest leveling method.

i haven't tried it for extended periods, but I did solo grind a dungeon in grahtwood for about an hour. filled my bags 3 times and gained about a level and a half.

i forget which dungeon now, it had packs of like 4-5 tigers and a couple boss spawns and with the pyro dk i could just melt them down easy. plus questers were running in and out so i had plenty of help if i wanted to try and round up huge pulls.

Grind to 50. Then quest to vet 10.
