imo hearthfire is a useless dlc that just wastes your money. Dont see the pt of spending my time making a house if im not going to be there 99% of the gameplay

Kinda agree.

Maybe if you could build it inside one of the major cities so at least it would be useful for resting and having your storage chest and crafting tables...

But it's $5 and it's cool. Skyrim is an RPG and RPG players fkn love houses (god knows why)

It's 100x better.
I have it. <3 You even have to gather the materials to build extra rooms and stuff.

exactly, pretty much anything they add in dlc, someone else can do better of job with a mod.
