I have an old steam account, and I recently paid 5 dollars to make it a non-basic account.

The account is so old that I can play ranked Dota without a phone number.

Im currently waiting 7 days before I can use the market. When that happens, will I need to add a phone number to use the market?

Will I need to wait 7 days again?

If you are gonna use that account why not add the phone anyway? Make things more secure. You might get limitations at some point for not having a number in the future
