current lvling my pa arcana, score 15 atm

3200 for pa arcana

Have pa arcana for 2500 but not lvl 3

Is it possible for me to level it myself to level 3? Or will it be locked at whatever level i buy it at

You’ll be able to but i think it just takes awhile since its 1 point per win so thats like 1-100 wins

pretty sure its 1 point per assassination aka kill, not wins. Just trying to facilitate the trade.
