Pretty sure the levels are giftable, saw on bulldogs channel where someone gifted him a bunch of levels.

oh thats odd i tried doing it on the first day and there was no option to gift.

Looks like you can gift levels but requires u to be friends for 30+ days on steam

gifting levels is the same restrictions as any other item.

its marked untradable for a week and then is free to be gifted.

you cannot trade the levels, you have to gift them.

that places the gift restriction on them, requiring you to be friends with the account for 30 days with steam guard active, or 1 year without steam guard active

cfm can gift levels, but u need 30 days as usual. try gifting me LOL.

I saw him receiving donations then using those donations to buy levels but I only saw the YouTube video not actual stream so could of been both
