Well I think it could be of good use on many heroes. I might try it out on Shadow Shaman and push some towers.

You're right rhasta's issue is he doesn't have any tower pushing skills.

He's ultimate is a pushing skill on it's own dude ;)

I don't think SS need any help pushing towers

When it gets to late and your a 6 slot cm why not.

I was thinking it be good on sky as a 7th slot item but moonshard and auto attacks probably do as much if not more damage to towers.

For defending a mjolnor be better.

Not really sure what situation it would be chosen over other items

I bought it on pugna for a rat build, you have just enough time to cast it in between your two Qs.

I have to try it on tinker to see if it gets refreshed. That would make it actually good
