how i get it i have nearly all quests minimum 1 star of his part only misssing doe observer ward quest 0 stars ther and i have 35 stars but i still cant make it to 2 stile why last battelpas it wars 1 star 1 stile 3 stars 2 stile nand now ? how i unlock it?

I think you need at least 40 stars for the whole path, i.e. 1 star on all quest is far from enough. You want 3 stars of almost all quests.
