I realize the "untradeable" items aren't popular, but what for jsp trades vs one time gift item?

I have this warlock Ceaseless Sorcery http://steamcommunity.com/market/listings/570/Ceaseless%20Sorcery I opened, and I was wondering if someone could be interested in such a thing.

Depends on the item also really, I sold some for just like 10-20% less than market price (very low tier items).

But that item is barely selling (handful of sales a month) -- so it's pretty much impossible to have a price on it.

If I were you I would take a price in the middle of the buy order & current lowest seller & take like 25% off.

This item used to be in some rare asian only chest if I recall (together with that dazzle pipe item), so was surprised when i got it on random months ago. I thought it would be smart to check it out on jsp, since I rarely play warlock nowadays, and I just saw someone in a pro game owning with warlock with this cool item which reminded me about its existence in my inv.
