well it looks really horrible I don't see how people can play it like that. I mean if they can't handle the graphics I would understand but ugh makes me want to throw up.

i have a budget build from last year $642
5770 can't handle sc2 on extreme
i mean it's playable, but 45 fps is actually noticeable in cursor lag
on low it'll never choke so no mis-micro

weird tho cuz i played other games like dead space 1 & 2 on max with over 60 fps
must be all the polygons

no one plays games professionally for graphics...

Well normally graphics don't mean anything to me for games since I do play a lot of older games. The thing is when I play starcraft 2 I am using to max settings.

i dunno, according to many pros the low graphics eliminate high graphics decals and effects that might be distracting
personally it makes no diff, but the performance increase is noticeable and that's reason enough for me

just played game with some of top EU players in world (eg: Kev). lots of fun
