well imo the best carries this version (in higher level games at least) are:
weaver
AM
lycan (when u play scourge)
morph
weaver mainly because his -armor spell forces you to either run and get chased down while losing armor, or spend like 2-3 seconds getting the -armor off of you allowing weaver to autoattack you down. also his mobility and survivability is so insane for a carry
AM just because by level 7 you can get vanguard + max out his magic resistance spell, so ugot like 70% magic resist and high hp and physical resist + a blink. i'd say he's really good for same reasons as weaver, high survivability and good damage output
lycan cause with medallion + vlads + scourge side its like "hi i am going to solo rosh in under a minute with taking minimal damage and you can't really stop me". also he deals insane damage with only a few items cuz of wolves + ultimate, and is quite tanky especially when you get an aegis on him
morph for obvious reasons, he's just so versatile, hard to kill, and can be played so many ways
sad to see dusa sucks this version though. only good if u get like 150 ck in 20 mins then 2 divine rapiers late game ^^
