He cannot "unrot" when silenced. That and his ult goes through BKB (not the dmg, but the stun).

yy, but devo isnt their biggest threat rather putting on tide so that he cant initiate with ulti.

they dont seem to care much about the ulti since doom + storm got bkb anyway

and devourer with hook + devour does massive massive damage, better to shut him down early

e: i think tide's 2nd skill also can cancel doom's ulti
