It might be too early to tell but begging my teams to report me and offering to commend anyone who reports me seems to have improved the quality of my solo game pools. It's not often but I am starting to occasionally get teams of people with more than 200 games of dota again

Update: if anyone else has been experiencing this problem of being matched with new players constantly, just get your teams to report you IN UNRANKED
I offered to tip and commend anyone who reported me, and that brought up my matched teammates from 100-200 games of dota to 1k+ after about 10 reports without a commend

From what I've experienced it seems that before you reach a behavior score X, matchmaking works normally but once it exceeds X, it will match you with new players more often than not.
So once you get reported enough to escape the trap, you must maintain that score and counter any commends you get with periodic reports to keep yourself in fun dota.

If anyone needs help getting reported I would be glad to feed with you.

IM really confused. are you saying you need more reports in order to match up with ppl who have more experience (games played) ???
