Just played against #3 player in league, had 36000 exp (thats like 700+ 1 hour games).

They tried to send ES solo bot against me, I waveformed him out of lane until he ragequit game. 36000 guy was playing Pudge and was like "you won't win you can't kill me".

I come back 20 mins later with blade + nullstone and nuke him down even though he stacked HP items. Was eZ





You should really play with me + a few other jsp people. It's alot more fun than HoN IMO, the heroes are so much better and there's no dumb PSR system. I also found this pretty good league to play on that basically prevents people from leaving quite often but still has quite fun/easy games to stomp.

If you're just trying to get back into it, I'd get Warkeys and set it up to have HoN hotkeys, then just play 5 games or so to get used to the last hitting. The adjustment is pretty easy

I am trying to learn how to use music making programs (Ableton atm, maybe Fruityloops at some point), so I'm definitely not competent enough to do those kinds of things.

And ya, DotA is way cooler than HoN. HoN just has much cleaner gameplay.

The fact that DotA (despite WC3 engine) is still better even though its like 4 years older says something. I almost forgot how fun DotA was until I started playing again, but I won't ever go back to HoN now except if people have jobs for me to do. IMO the DotA heroes form a better overall hero pool and it makes games alot more fun. The biggest thing is there are way better carries in DotA whereas HoN only has fucking Flint Beastwood + Puppet. If they ported like Morph / Medusa / Drow (not arachna, it sucks) / Alchy HoN would be a totally different (and better) game.

Use Cubase. From what I've found its much better. But then again, I only do recording and very minimal editing.

Yeah Aluna is a joke compared to Windrunner. So many of S2's ports are just so dumb.

For example, Arachna: Let's give it great range and attack animation and aura, but then lets not give it Drow ulti and let's make it a bad ganker and bad carry instead of just making it a good carry.




xD Ursa + Morph burst combo would be so insane. If we ran a lineup like

VS roaming / mid
Morph mid
CM / Ursa bot
Puck solo top

when Morph got blade and Ursa had blink or lothars or something, the combo would deal easily 4k damage or so within a couple of seconds
