ACCOUNT SAFETY GUIDE!

You must have Family View Mode enabled and configured for boosting. Family View mode sets up a 4 digit PIN code to the account and disabled settings menu which makes it impossible to steal the account.

Here is a quick guide how to enable Family View Mode:

1. Run Steam Client
2. In the Upper Left corner select Settings
3. Go to the Family (#3)
4. Click "Manage Family View"
5. Enter the email address linked to your steam account
6. Click "Only Games I choose" - if you have more than 1 game on steam OR "All Games" - if DOTA2 is the only game in your library
7. Click "Friends/Groups/Chat" - this feature needs to be enabled so that the booster that plays on your account can always appear offline.
8. Enter your PIN code 2 times.
9. Go to your email inbox and copy the code that Steam sent you.
10. You're done. You should see a green button at the top right corner with a child face. This means account is Family View protected. Before passing the account to us, you can see what you CAN and CAN'T do while it's in Family View

P.S. In order to steal an account, a hacker/scammer needs to go to the settings > change email. As you can see in Family View mode, the settings are disabled. The settings stay the same for both Browser and Steam Client.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

Q. How does the payment Work?
A. You send FG first or find mediator that will agree to hold the FG during the process.

Q. Can I pay half now and half after the boost is done?
A. No. We have been scammed by this method before where the person wouldn't pay the second half after the job was done.

Here is how payment plan works if you order 500 MMR boost.

1. You send payment for the first 250 MMR - We deliver boost.
2. You send second payment for the remaining 250 MMR - We deliver boost.

Q. What server do you guys play?
A. Currently we have booster that play Europe West/East and Russia servers

Q. Can you disable game history tracking?
A. Sure, booster can disable this feature in game menu

Q. What heroes/role you guys play?
A. The ones that are in current meta. based on enemy and allies pick boosters will choose a hero that suits the most to the game.

Q. Can I pick the heroes for you to play?
A. Yes you can (only for boosting orders up to 4000 Solo MMR) - We will charge you extra 30% for this service

Pros

* You will learn how to play the heroes that you like the most
* You will have increased KDA on selected heroes

Cons

* Boost might take a lot longer than it would normally do.
* We may not show you the same performance as we would if we played normal heroes.

P.S. You can't choose support heroes else the boost will take forever.

Q. Can you play in offline mode? - I don't want my friends to find out I'm getting boosted
A. Absolutely. Boosters will always appear offline in order to avoid party invites or messages from your friends.

P.S. - For this option, make sure you Enabled "Friends/Groups/Chat" in family view (Look the ACCOUNT SAFETY GUIDE section)

Q. How can I be sure my items won't be removed/traded away etc?
A. While in family view the account is unable to trade. We would never touch any of your items or even remove them as it would hurt our reputation pretty badly and nobody needs that.

Q. Can I use my account while it's being boosted? Can I play dota?
A. You can't. You have to wait till the boost is complete.
