There is this guy right? He claims that he's here to help anyone who needs it for free. (I'm not sure I can afford it)

He also claims that he's pretty good with this kind of stuff and always has been for some reason. He requests that we post our dilemma's there and he'll respond, or if we'd prefer it to be privately we can PM him.

My question is how can I get this guy to take notice of me?

to answer both of your questions: Yes and No. Easy and hardly.

It depends on what you ask. Sometimes one cannot give answer, because even if hes good hes no god in this. Also sometimes you have to consider if it is trolling.

pick up lines work. if you deliver them in the right package and use the right ones. Also if you do the right follow up. They are usually used as fun openers. Ofcourse you can also use them as numbers game and hope to get lucky.
