Doing a single player run with a necro, summon was working well but I highly doubt I'll kill baal this way


Switching over to bone and was wondering if lower resist is worth it enough to spend 7 skill points getting to it for the magic reduction

i dont think lower resist works for bone skills, but it does for poison

I was under the impression that because it says "lowers resists of all magic attacks" that it'd help

it only works for elemental types

lower resist reduces enemy fire/cold/lightning/poison resist, so pure magic dmg (like pb skills or blessed hammer) are not affected

decrep reduces enemy speed (attack as well as movement), physical weapon dmg and physical resist (meaning that they take more physical dmg from weapons or skills like tornado)
with decrep and enough points in your skeletons, you can kill baal as a summoner

Ugh that’d be great tho if LR affected magic resist. I wish bone necro was a little stronger in pvm.

Could easily make the curse BM in pvp.

You will want to use decrep on Baal anyway. There is no other option.
