cold mastery how many points to get max out of -cold res to PVM? 100 150% or just max it out ??

thx, i gues i wasted 1 skill point then i went for 180% becourse the Oblivion Knight had 180% cold res. and i like do alot of dia runs

For dia runs you only need -150.
Venom Lords and Diablo both have the highest breakable cold resistances with 50 each.
Everything else has either lower cr or is immune and can't be broken (Oblivion Knights) like Mest_Sw already mentioned.

With cold sunder I run ~ -175 cold mastery, another -10% from facets. Brings oblivion knights down to 95 - 35 (1/5 of 175) - 10 = 50 cold res.
