Hope this is in the correct section, just got the runes to make a phoenix and unsure whether to use standard monarch or superior (I have a 10ED 12Dura)

Will it make much difference to the gold repair cost?

Yes it’s much more expensive to repair in superior but you can use Ral rune and Phoenix in cube to repair.

Imo base is more important than IGG, make it on that superior base.
