Whats the safest way to farm a torch in single player hardcore mode?

If you’re gear sharing, just run a HDin to Hell A5 and respec to smite.

Even with crap gear it’s still safe with a smiter as long as you know what to do. Proc life tap, proc fade, stack all res and crushing blow, and fight Ubers 1v1.

The most dangerous part is running D keys tbh.

Depending how far you are in your SP play through. Ubers are actually pretty easy on P1 as long as you play it safe.

I used a Teleport charge amulet before I had Enigma.
When I did ubers for the first time on SP I only had crafted CB gloves, black flail, Gface, Gtoes, random 4os ST with 4x P diamonds, SoE belt, raven, smoke, life tap wand and treachery on switch and an inventory full of random life and resist charms

On HC just be prepared to sacrifice some keys. better to leave game then to die.
Just open 1 portal at a time and clear it before opening the next portal. That way if you do end up leaving game you don't loose all your keys. and eventually RNG on first portal will roll in your favor to balance out the organs

If you are worried or do not want to worry about dealing with trying to balance out uneven organ sets just wait till you have gear.
I can clear them easily now with 1 point into smite/fanaticism on my Hdin, I just swap on CB gear/Hoz/etc, I am at the point were I can clear everything in 5 minutes and only use 2-3 Juvs if i get unlucky on the life tap proc.
But I am far into my SP file with all the basics like Anni, Enigma, CTA, HOTO, Shako, etc. All the gear to make most classes.

16 or so torches in, mostly shit to mid rolls and still no barb torch.
