Coming back after a being away for a while and know a new patch dropped. Does it make any PvM build more viable or is it pretty much the same as far as best builds/equip to look for. Going to start on ladder for what it’s worth, don’t mind a lack of tele to begin with as long as the whole run through isn’t a slog

Yes, there were a lot of changes. For PvM, the standard Blizz Sorc or HDin are still the best. Some builds that are now viable are:

Hydra Sorc
Nova Sorc
FoH Pally
Summon Necro
Zerk Barb
Fire / Ice Bowazon
Holy Fire Pally

FoH has been my go-to. Easy play style, great AoE, fairly good single target damage, and incredibly safe. Plus charge for getting around if you don't want to run a sorc/cant get an enigma

Appreciated, will end up making both 1-2. Never made FoH pally and haven’t made a bowazon in a long time and definitely pumped to figure out how to make an effective one

Blizzard sorc is nasty af now with sunder charms can clear anything

Blizzard is unreliable and slow.
