Does th Off aura GCs increase dmg on tesladin build?

There is no single point on Holy shock on the char, kust max the synergies.

no. you can only increase dmg by maxing he synergies resist lightning and salvation

auras/skill triggers from items are fixed in their level, only way to boost them is by putting hard point into synergies
