any1 running bone necro in the terror zones, if so how does it perform on player 8, just hit lvl 97 and wanting to make some changes, i gave poison a try but did not figure it out fully and want to stand out from the crowd but still be god tier. currently relying on merc for first kill, i cast amp merc kills then ce everything. lots of fun but i have mana issues with lots of ce so i use a insight iron golem, whichj requiers lots of points to stay alive. also ive been running the build with max block. i want to be more independent. looking for a build i can resecp for pvp and pvm using same gears and perhaps a hybrid. current gears - soj/bk, enigma, hoto, homo, trangs, maras, hot spurs, cta, spirit, coa w/ ber/ber.
current merc- might, perfect eth andys w/ 15ias/30 fire res jewel, eth fort and infinity.
when i attempted poison i had mana problems w/o iron golem as usual.
i need a change any input advice tips tricks etc. please chime in! thanks!!!!
if my fg can afford it ill do it :)

Run a PVP bone necro - thats what i do currently. Cast Amp or Decrep (bosses) Sling spears; once one pops AMP / CORPSE EXP. Infinity merc for Crushing blow and - FIRE res as corpse exp is half fire damage and i run a Physical Sunder charm. My white wand has revive mod skill so i have so many meat shield too. Tele stomp elite mob packs. then youll have full pvp gear too when bored of MFING.

In order to benefit completely from revives and go super fast in p8 ill recommend finding a 3 bspear revive wand +1-3 revive (best in slot is 3 bspear 1-3 decrep 1-3 revive but im looking for this type of wand sice d2r came out only found a 3 bspear 2 revive myself :)) + after wand what you will want (not need per se) is a 2osox white necro shield with revive on it... put splendor in it and use it on ur off hand alongside ur cta.

This way You can swap to bo and not lose ur revives along the way and you have so many skill points to use for pnb tree (more skills more dmg for spear) as i said above if u can find the wand with decrep also its another 3skills

Why revives on a bonenecro you may ask... In p1-p5 bonespear alone is enough to get the corpses for starting the CE chain explosions in p8 it's a bit hard.

Here comes the next trick and it's so fun

Revives. with no point allocation if u have the wand and with the plus skills from gear torch and anni u should have ~15 of 'em.

Now comes the fun part. Merc/golem choice and gear. Go with a act 2 merc with might aura put infy/insight on him, guill face and for the armor go with a bramble 21 aura (rolled or bought in jsp). It gives ur party thorns aura and might for merc... the bosses and the mobs alike will fall after they start to hit ur revives/merc. For golem u can go with irongolem for insight but the mobs will prioritize ur golem that the way the AI works in d2r. I prefer merc with eth insight bramble and guill face (that way u have some cb on him) and for golem Fire golem is the way to go that way the ai will focus on ur merc and revives first (u don't want claygolem cause he will slow down enemies like an act2 holy freeze) more hits from mobs on ur revives/merc the faster they die.

And of course u bonespear the world from behind with a 5.5k bspear decrep other mobs that come at you. Then Amp and ce after the first 3-4 corpses pop up.

In p8 cows it takes u about 3-4 minutes to clear everything and i mean everything... very fun also

I've been looking for ways to switch up my necro build as well

My current strategy is poison nova / skele summoner but with a beefy merc.

I have about 15 points in summon skele/mastery ea. I use the skeles as tanks and this was enough skill points to keep them alive. They survive P8 baal/throne pretty well. I hate revive. Maybe someone can explain how to revive monsters without them getting into the stack bug? I've noticed depending on what you revive, they may or may not stack bug where they don't move unless you move but you take all the hits if touched. I find myself constantly looking for specific monsters to revive and its too tedious to me, would rather just summon skeles and forget about it but maybe someeone can offer some insight here?

Max psn nova and synergies
only a couple points in CE / Gol. mastery

Depending on the zone im farming, I rely on merc a lot to get first kill but areas like a1 psn nova is pretty effective at clearing the screen by itself ( i don't have infinity but I do have dweb with ist / spirit)

My merc runs EBOTD warpike, G-face with a cham for crushing blow/deadly strike, and Fort instead of bramble. Instead I chose to go with thorns instead of might merc because I figured fort is better at getting the first kill which is a lot of what i do relies on. Might is unnecessary for skeles as they are just meat shields and if all i want is first kill fort is better imo.
He wastes just about anything instantly even on players 8.

I do solo players 8 baal runs with pretty decent clear speeds. I clear throne leading up to it with no issues.

Would be nice to find a better build tho or find a way to do revives without teleport issue. I would love to use revives if they didnt stack up without moving. I like skeletons because they always fan out which means I can teleport into tight spaces and trust they absorb most of the damage.

This task is imprecise: you remain ignorant of the circumstances that led the stranger to make the statement. With the same probability, he could, for example, tell you: "At least one girl", choosing at random a girl or a boy if he has a son and a daughter, or naming the gender of one of the children if he has two sons or two daughters. Under these conditions, the probability that a stranger has two sons is 1/2. This situation corresponds to the first of the four procedures we have listed.

In the parrot paradox, the ambiguity is resolved by having the guest ask a question. The first question ("Is at least one of the parrots a male?") corresponds to the second of the four procedures above. The second question ("Is the dark parrot male?") corresponds to the fourth procedure.

Closely related to the paradox of the two parrots is an even more surprising paradox known as the "Second Ace Paradox". Let's say you're playing bridge. After looking at your cards after the deal, you declare: "I have an ace." What is the probability that you have a second ace?

Answer: 5359/14498, which is less than 1/2.
