I have been using ww to run some travs, my main hand weapon has ''prevent monster heal'' ( oath runeword)
the council elites are clearly healing themselves after taking dmg from me.

does ww not apply the Prevent monster heal or is it the super uniques that are not affected, i dont understand?
Or maybe i am so unlucky that only my off hand weapon hits witch would make this very weird badluck run after run.

I think that PVM prevents monsters from healing themselves - as in Dclone from gaining life.
I believe the council members heal each other - which is a different mechanic.

This makes sense to me - but it is just my thinking. I might be wrong.

i was going to come edit this postbut my tracking tool expired.
You are correct, the council heal themselves with a skill. gotta kill them faster!
