I don't understand.. do they want to create scarcity? Is it for resell value (I don't think so)
I am preparing to buy one but my sorc is not even lv 75 so I'm still leveling since I know their price should go down.

people buying anything in bulk are either:
1 - shoppers
2 - botters

I checked the posts of some of the people buying these charms in bulk and then I saw that they wanted to sell them individually for more expensive. So basically they wanna scalp.
They probably wanna profit off of the hype while it lasts, before too many people unlock hell terrorized zones..
Good luck to them, I think I will end up buying one this weekend
