Does the Fanaticism aura affects the WW dmg and speed of the Barb?

I dont see any value on the tab

fana aure increases dmg, but not attack speed, since WW attack speed is only based on weapon ias

After patch 2.4 i think WW speed is not only calculated from weapons, but other items as well. Its a huge buff.
I was wondering if Mist runeword may be better that the faith for the bow rogue
