What is the best base weapon for Infinity for Andy + Fortitude Merc?
I see most people put it in a Thresher or Giant Thresher. What about a Mancatcher... it has slightly lower damage but higher attack speed. Isn't that better because the runeword has crushing blow on it?

Pretty sure mancatcher doesn’t qualify as a polearm…..

not a huge difference tbh. both bases are fast enough. mancatcher is cheaper though (I think?) so that's what I'd make it in

You can use this calculator to figure out which base is best. 20 or 35 IAS with Andy (depending on what you socket it with) will make a difference on which base is the best.

Also keep in mind resell value. Threshers/GTs have the reputation of being the best infinity base (because in most situations, they are) so they have the highest resale value (especially GT).
