do weapon racks have certain pools if items they pull from?

a while ago i saw a wt thread where the guy was target farming sacred targes from weapon racks. if i find a game that drops sacred targe will it be more common to see them if i keep that map? just wondering how that works out as im not nescessarily looking for a sacred targe just any elite paladin shield with res at this point

Weapon/armor rack will always drop exact same item if the conditions are the same (the way you approach the rack, are there monster nearby, use telekinesis or click on it).
