Highest ias BP which means a lot of CB hits per sec. High survivability etc..

1 bp lower if you are using forti.

The best way to utilize infinity is going for fastest Bp since you have higher chance of procing CB per second when attacking faster.

Hence using the even cheaper alternative, Treachery (shael thul lem).

makes sense so should i use mancatter with treach or is gt/thresh in the same bp at that point

Mancatcher ias bps are 52 (4.54 attacks per second) and 102 (5 attacks per second) So using it will let you put a Cham or something else in andys visage.
