HL has
+1 skills (great for java)
DS (not that great for PvM, your main dmg is lightning)

Cats eye has
frw (nice for mobility, but that's it)

8 frames.

Not sure which is better 9 frames and +2 skill from Mara or 8 frames and +1 from Highlord's.

I'd take Mara for res and 1 more skill.
