I'm not sure if Kuko Shakaku works in P8 games:

Fires Explosive Arrows or Bolts [Level 7]
Piercing Attack (50)
Adds 40-180 Fire Damage

72-216 Fire dmg and piercing.

Try it if you have no other options :)
