Found a perfect superior ethereal 15/3 battle scythe. Any use for pvm or pvp given its lvl 25? Seems so legit to just charsi but just seeing if anyone has any ideas

I mean, its a pretty decent low level insight but most exceptional bases IMO are pretty much charsi fodder

if its 4os yes...fastest exceptional base for an insight. Also wouldn't be terrible as a strength, honor, or malice depending on the os

I don't think he can get 4 sockets if it's sup plain.
