What is the IAS needed for Max Frame Rate with my bow

I understand that there is a calculator but I'm just asking if someone just know's like oh ya you need 55% ias 2 max for 75% with that bow ect...

All skill wouldn’t affect the level of fana from faith.

45ias on equipment will get you 7 frame for regular bow attacks since your bow is Mat bow with +15fana.
