what is the rest of your gear? like gloves, belt etc...
The big problem for melee chars in PvM is that you cannot avoid taking some damage. This needs at least one of two solutions:
#1: Resistances. I suggest going for at least 50+ elemental resists and maybe higher lightning resist (70?) if not full resists at all. Also physical resists are very helpful (Verdungo belt), but with a Paladin you should easily reach 75% block, so physical resist is not that important.
#2: Life gain. There are two forms here: One is the 'life after each kill' mod, that can be found on some runewords (Enigma). This does provide some life after every enemy you kill. In theory you can swap out Dream shield vs Phoenix shield for Redemption aura, but that will drop your damage too low... The second form is of course life steal. Life steal does only get applied for physical damage you deal, so for a pure auradin like you built yours, this is not a valid source since most of your damage is elemental-based.
I built my Auradin as a hybrid with a Zealot: Dual Dream for the auras and damage, Grief and Fortitude + Draculs for physical damage and Life Tap, Verdungo for a little amount of physical resist as well. 75 resist against Fire/Cold/Poison, 90 resist against Lightning. 1.3-8.3k dmg, so still enough to vaporize

Merc wielding Infinity to enhance elemental damage even more. Hope this might help you a little bit or at least start a discussion!
