playing a HC p8 javazon, does nm andy have any drops that are worth it or should i just move on to mephi?

Soj, silks, razor tail, soe, gheeds.

Probably not significantly worth it for a Java vs. Meph.

at ladder reset you will make more per hour in hell andariel then nm andariel.

Short answer: no
Long answer: heck no

You have the highest chance of finding an soj at andariel nm, but you're missing out on plenty other possible drops.

Since you're playing SF, it really depends on how strong you feel. if you don't think you can take on a2, just keep farming her instead, perhaps you'll get lucky and find an soj or something!

Mephisto can drop titans which is probably what you're looking for more than anything
