Depends on your character type and what you are fighting.

For reference, there isn’t a good way for a necro to reach 50dr. Most use either 31 or 39 dr

31 worh Cham Ber in circ and wisp or the iDR/oak unique ring

39 with Ber ber circ and raven frost.

Most monster do such little damage, that 50% DR is worthless. Infact integer DR tends to be better than DR% in pvm


If you are worried about DR however, shako+enigma is generally plenty. Or if you want a mixture of survivability, you can also use string of ears. As string of ears is one of the biggest survivability items in the entire game for pvm due to its DR% and magic damagw reduced by 10-13
