Kind of. There’s a bunch of OGs on there but prior to D2R it was fairly dead with the exception of a day or two after new ladder lol. Then dead again. And since then a lot of ppl (including myself) switched from D2 LOD to D2R.

But this is a PvM forum so it’s got a blend of both since it’s practically the same game at the moment. Things will change a bit once the new patch comes out for D2R and adds new rune words n shit. Cause idk if they plan on adding that same patch to D2 LOD or not. I doubt they do tho.
